BuildGuard is a sensor permanently embedded in wet concrete. It monitors temperature, humidity, strain, and vibration wirelessly through dense concrete — from the moment of pouring to the building's full lifetime.
Permanently embeds inside concrete structure
BuildGuard becomes part of the structure itself. Installed inside the reinforcement cage before pouring, it activates immediately and begins monitoring curing in real time. A custom LoRa-based deep-penetration protocol sends data through rebar and dense concrete to a gateway — no external antennas needed. Engineers get continuous insight into curing curves, strain changes, and vibration patterns via a live dashboard, spanning the entire life of the building.
